They were finally banned in 1979. PCBs have been found in significant concentrations in the brains of Parkinson's sufferers. TCE and PCBs can persist and contaminate environments for many decades after usage is stopped.

Other recent research has indicated that exposure to lead is another risk factor for Parkinson's. Various drugs may be implicated as well. The past few years of mandated injections may steepen the curve of Parkinson's.

The thing to understand is that NO organism on Earth is adapted to handle most of the 80,000 chemicals that didn't even exist until the last century.
