If a package is damaged in shipping, please call Customer service immediately. After receiving your return authorization, please return the damaged product to our office at Natural Plus Plus LLC, 1884 McKinley St. Clearwater, FL 33765.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, call us for an authorization number. We will not accept any returns without an authorization number given by us.

Ideal Earth Water Deluxe Whole House System and Economy Under The Sink System:
You must call us for a return authorization number before returning any equipment. You may return your new system for a full refund less shipping charges and credit card processing fees for up to 21 days from the date of invoice ONLY IF IT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED and provided you return everything, including all original packaging. YOU MAY NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM IF ANY WATER has made contact with the media.
You may return your BTM 3000 after receiving a return authorization number from us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges, provided that the unit is in brand new condition and in its original packaging, including the plastic bag, the fuse, the custom bottles, and the instruction booklet. Failure to return these specific items with the BTM will result in a 25% restocking fee additional to the shipping charges. Once we have received and tested the returned BTM 3000 to make sure that it is in working order, we will credit back your credit card account within 30 days (minus credit card processing service charges and initial shipping charges).
After 14 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and you MUST return all original packaging including the plastic bag, fuse, the custom bottles, and the instruction booklet. If the unit is not in working order, or there are any damages to the unit, we will have to reassess accordingly. If your unit is not in its original packaging or the unit looks used, then you must tell us this when you call us for the return authorization number.
You may return your EarthCore unit for a full refund less shipping charges and any credit card processing fees within 30 days of purchase after receiving a return authorization number from Customer service, providing the unit was not installed and is returned in original packaging. After 30 days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, provided the unit is not scratched or damaged. If it is scratched, we will reassess accordingly. These units are virtually indestructible so as long as they are not cross-threaded, they can be resold.
