Is Soda Wrecking Your Health?

Almost 2 BILLION Coca-Cola drinks are consumed every single day worldwide. Add to this the rest of the soft-drink industry and you have on the order of three-hundred MILLION gallons, a Niagara Falls of sodas pouring down our throats. At least half of Americans drink sodas daily.

Soft drinks are generally sweetened with with high fructose corn syrup, an especially nasty type of sweetener. It's more dangerous than ordinary sucrose, stressing the liver and rocketing blood sugar and insulin levels. Cancer, heart disease, strokes are all associated with sugar consumption.
 
Within minutes to an hour or two of consumption, a regular soft drink produces the following results in the body:
10-12 teaspoons of sugar blast your system in within a few minutes.
Your blood sugar spikes in about fifteen minutes. Your insulin reacts to this in a desperate effort to keep you alive (without insulin, you'd go into shock from the excessive sugar in your blood).
In response, your liver goes into overdrive, trying to convert the excess sugar into less immediately dangerous fat. Part of this fat includes triglycerides, which, when too high, can clog arteries and lead to heart attacks down the road.
Some of the excess fat is stored in the liver, which can lead to 'fatty liver disease', similar to the liver disease that alcoholics get.

Water Filters – Size Matters

More than 90% of the water filters on the market only remove chlorine, lead, cysts, THMs, & VOCs.  Why is this?  Because Fluoride, arsenic, lead, and chloramines are not easily removed from city water.

Thus, size is everything! The bigger, the better! Our smallest filter weighs 52 pounds! This is what is required to remove fluoride and other toxins down to non-detectable levels.

When you see small 1 to 2 pound filters, you must realize that it’s not going to have much of a life expectancy (3 months or 1000 gallons usually) nor will it be able to pull much fluoride out. (When we did our research on competitors, we found that none removed more than 80% to 90% of the fluoride when the filter was NEW!  By the end of 3 months, it is usually only removing 60%.)  So, you are still drinking some fluoride in your drinking water when you buy a small filter! Plus, though it seems to be cheaper, it quickly racks up the bills, if you replace the cartridges as frequently as the manufacturer recommends.  If you do a cost analysis, you will find our low maintenance filter is significantly cheaper – even than bottled water.  But do your own comparison.

Using hydrogen peroxide & the Earth Core Water Conditioner you can swim or soak in a pool or spa that makes you feel revitalized from oxygenation, rather than tired from toxic chemicals!

This  unique pool system uses oxygen and the Earth Core water conditioner for a 100% Chlorine free pool or spa system.  It is VERY easy to maintain and non-toxic.

False chlorine free pool systems:

I’d like to clarify misleading information that others may have given you below and tell you the truth about salt systems.

Salt systems are really chlorine systems. Salt is sodium chloride and when you ionize it, it splits into sodium and chlorine. So,  a salt regeneration system is still a chlorine system. It’s a little bit better than a straight chlorine system, but one has to remember that chlorine, when combined with any organic compounds makes known or suspected carcinogens.  That’s why we don’t recommend them.

 Hydrogen Peroxide or Ozone:

* increases the oxygen levels in your pool or spa

* makes the algae less likely to grow in a putrefying manner

* makes the blue green algae that grows invisible to the naked eye.

**We recommend that you use sodium percarbonate powder.  It is much easier and safer to handle than hydrogen peroxide, and it becomes hydrogen peroxide when it touches water.

However, if you only use Sodium Percarbonate  or Hydrogen Peroxide without using the Earth Core Water Conditioner, your chemical costs will be 3 to 5 times more than chlorine, as the ozone or hydrogen peroxide will gas out of the water rapidly.

The addition of the Earth Core Water Conditioner stabilizes the water (without any chemicals), thus making hydrogen peroxide (or Sodium Percarbonate) a viable alternative to chlorination.

To create a 100% Chlorine Free Pool or Spa System, install a 3/4 inch Earth Core Water Conditioner ($1,599.00 + $35 S/H, plus FL tax if applicable) or a 1/2 inch Electro-Mechanical Water Conditioner for small pools or Spas ($1,299.00 + $35 S/H, plus FL tax if applicable). Then you add  sodium percarbonate, which we recommend because it is easier to handle than Hydrogen Peroxide.

When do you add more Sodium Percarbonate or Hydrogen Peroxide?  When you see patches of  green algae forming at the bottom of the pool. When you see this, the hydrogen peroxide is low. Use 2-4 pounds of sodium percarbonate  to SHOCK THE POOL. For maintenance, use 1-2 pounds of sodium percarbonate per week.

You may need to add more sodium percarbonate to your pool or spa during Springtime, due to large volumes of tree pollen. The pollen will consume the hydrogen peroxide and of course, you will also have to use more sodium percarbonate during the few weeks that the flowers are blooming.

During the winter, sodium percarbonate can be reduced to 2-4 pounds per month.  When you open the pool up for the first time after winter is over, it may be extremely green with algae.  If you want to save money and increase efficiency, you may use chlorine to kill off the algae and then vacuum the pool. Then, add sodium percarbonate or hydrogen peroxide to oxidize or “burn off” the chlorine before taking a dip in the pool or spa.  (These instructions are good for pools from 5,000-18,000 gallon sizes. Can Earth Core handle algae problems?

Yes, EarthCore can handle algae Challanges in water pipes, evaporators, ponds and many applications.

Today, we have multi-cored Earth Core so we can meet most challanges.

Can Earth Core remove old limescale in my pipes and hot water heater?

Yes,  as a matter of fact we will not install Earth Core in a plumbing system that is older than 1950.  Becasue the Earth Core Water Conditioner will fully remove the limescale build up in a pipe and it old pipe does not have water intergerty then it could cause a water leak.  So, if the pipes are new or not so new, the conditioner will prevent limesscale build up and extend the life expectancy of the pipes, hot water heather, dishwasher, clothwasher… any appliance connected to the water line.

Why do you recommend Earth Core any and all growing operations including Organic Farming?

The number one reason is the re-structured water naturally prevents fungus from growing on the leave surface.  This allows the farmer to water in the night time (from sunset to just before sun rise).  This is the time where evaporation is at its lowest!  This action alone will save 85% Water

Does one still need to use wetting agents?

No!  With multi-core possibilty we can custome make Earth Core so as to over come most hard water and no longer needing any additional wetting agents.

Can Earth Core reduce water consumption?

Yes, depending on application one can save from 20 to 60% (60%  was in a green house)

Can Earth Core reduce chemical, fertilizer use.

Yes, becasue the Earth Core makes the water wetter and softer.  It will create better penentration, better      absorbtion, and better adhision.  So, not just it will save on fertilizers, but with antibiotics for aquaculture applications, herbacides, pesticides…etc.  Do your own test but one can expects from30 to 70% savings and on certain item even greater savings.

Can Earth Core help in Organic Farming?

Yes!!  Utilizing Earth Core Water Conditioner the “Salt” in the soil or ever if you live next to the ocean and get seawater spray and have salt damages from the spray.  Earth Core can “nutrilize the salt” and make the water less corrisive.  We installed one unit in a hotel next to the ocean which has frequent browning of th lawn grasses from the salt water spray.  They were also experancing lots of fungus issues as well.  After they instilled the water conditioner, not just the lawn stop browning, but the fungus stop and the ground started to have earthworms,  over time the entire propertity including the grounds next to the seawall had earthworms, proving that the unit indeed “nutrilized the salt” in order for the earthworms to survive and do well.

Are You Drinking the Wrong Water?

Most Americans drink reverse osmosis and fluoridated water while many advanced European countries advise against it! We Americans are the leading cancer and heart disease victims in the World!!

This is what a Reverse Osmosis + Deionized System looks like so that you can recognize what you may currently have under your sink.

In America, the most common drinking water is RO (Reverse Osmosis) water. If you test Reverse Osmosis water you will find that it is acid water, with a 5.5 to 6.4 pH. So it is not surprising that so many of us are too acidic, are prematurely aging, and coming down with too many old age diseases. RO water is totally devoid of minerals and is classified as hungry water, which leaches out the minerals in your body. In addition, while most waters when left on a shelf will first turn green (growing blue green algae) the RO water when left on a shelf will choose to grow black fungus as it’s first choice. If you look at an RO system, after the water is fully cleaned and stored in the reservoir tank, it still has to have a carbon block filter which they call a taste filter to block the black fungus from coming out into your glass and to of course improve the water flavor. Do you think that this is a good water to drink?

As mentioned earlier, there are 4 different kinds of distilled water. The first one is a low temperature distillation with a low surface tension. It usually has minor amounts of minerals. This is commonly known as rainwater and is one of the best waters to drink. Even though this water has extremely low mineral content because of many other factors such as hydrogen peroxide or more appropriately put, hydroxyl ions (-OH) and minor negative charge, the rain water does not leach minerals out and it is one of the healthiest waters to drink. Note how a single rainstorm will green up a forest or lawn so much faster than all the other watering.

The other more common distilled water, which is commercially available, is a high temperature distillation process, which results in a high surface tension. This type of distilled water is also known as “Hungry water”. This is the type of water that seriously leaches out the minerals from one’s body. This is good laboratory water and should not be drunk.

[Always use pH meters to test for water and not pH strips, as they require minerals, which hungry waters do not have much of.]

We have found through investigation, that when many people drink Reverse Osmosis water over a period of time (2+ years), many come down with Candida Albicans overgrowth (commonly known as yeast infection). This is because Reverse Osmosis water promotes fungal growth, which in turn creates a more acidic environment in the body, which leads to disease.  

Additives to the city water:
Unfortunately, when it comes to city water, we step out of science and enter into the field of politics.

The ideal way to treat water is with ozone. It disinfects and leaves the water clean and naturally resistive to bacterial infections and algae growth. Since World War II, ozonation has become the primary method to assure clean water in Switzerland, West Germany and France.

However, in the US, it is mandatory for cities to use chlorine. Chlorine does kill bacteria very efficiently, but its byproducts are all known or suspected carcinogens that can be easily removed with any large sized activated charcoal filter.

In recent years, the cities have started adding ammonia to the chlorine. Most housewives know not to mix chlorine and ammonia as this produces nerve gas. However, the city, evidently, hasn’t learned this. They “attempt to make” mono-chloramines. They will not discuss nor ever admit the fact that they also produce di-chloramines and tri-chloramines, which are most definitely toxic.

Believe it or not, chloramines are 1/200 times LESS EFFICIENT than chlorine. So the city has to periodically switch back to chlorine for a couple months at very high levels to clean the algae and other unwanted materials from their pipes.

Next, they add “fluoride” to the drinking water, which does absolutely nothing for improving the water quality. They tell us that it’s for our good to harden our teeth and to prevent cavities. [Mass medication.] The truth is, less than 2% of the European cities have fluoridation and they have fewer cavities than we do.

Truth be known, fluoride does harden your teeth and make them more brittle which accounts for fractures of teeth and teeth mottling (white specks on the surface of the teeth) which accounts for 90% of dental cosmetics. Of course, fluoride also hardens bones, which accounts for all the old age bone fractures, because the bones lose their flexibility.

The other bad news is that they don’t put pure fluoride in the drinking water. What they actually add to the water is called hydrofluorosilicic acid, which is an industrial waste that is a combination of the metal plating industry’s waste acids and Florida Phosphate Mining Industries waste fluoride, chromium, and strontium 90 which occur naturally in Florida’s phosphate.

This highly acidified fluoride is what is added to the drinking water and is in fact very similar to Prozac. If you type Fluoxetine in your Internet browser, you will find all the generic brands of Prozac. Hitler was the first person to use hydrofluorosilicic acid in the German concentration camps to control the prisoners. The Russians used the identical material in their Siberian camps. Do you still think that fluoride can be beneficial to you?

Because fluoride is so acidic, this causes rapid corrosion of the city pipes. So they now have to add lye to compensate and if you find your water no longer at a pH of 7 but up into the 7.8 to 8.5 pH they are probably adding lye to your drinking water as well.

This all boils down to the need to remove fluoride, arsenic, lead, chlorine and chloramines without stripping out all of the beneficial minerals. These are not easily removed items from our water. Thus, the smallest of our filters weighs 40 pounds; this is what is required to remove fluoride down to non-detectable levels.

When you see small 1 to 2 pound filters, know that it’s not going to have much of a life nor pull much fluoride out.

 Do you want to know the truth?

The original alkaline water testing (+/-60 years ago) was done with a batch system not a flow-through system. Therefore, the alkaline water literature and testing results that you  find is actually based on alkaline water batch systems, not alkaline water from flow-through systems.

All alkaline flow-through systems process the water for 1/5th of a second. Since you are only interested in the effects of the negative charge (ORP*) and it’s micro-clustered water (water molecule is+/- 50% smaller) rather than its alkalinity, how much negative charge or reduction in water molecule size can occur in 1/5th of a second?

Alkaline batch systems process the water for 15 to 30 minutes. This is 3000 to 9000 times longer processing time than the flow-through systems! 

This is like using a battery charger on your car battery.  The electricity trickles in for a long period of time, creating more stability vs.  a  jump charge from another car.

The batch units like ours use quality electrodes with very low amperage to produce a product that does not leach into the water and is safer to use.  In fact, our electrodes never need replacing, unlike some flow-through models.  Some flow-through machines zap the water with such high voltage that it can cause heavy metals to leach into the water from the electrodes breaking down.   

In addition, some flow-through units utilize two specific technologies to artificially enhance both the pH as well as the ORP (negative charge) with mineral/chemical methods. They use coral calcium in the pre-filter to increase the pH. Tourmaline is also added in the pre-filter to artificially increase the ORP. So they are creating higher pH and ORP with coral calcium and tourmaline.  Other flow-through units have reservoirs that contain additional chemicals.

This is why alkaline drops or alkaline minerals used in flow-through machines to alkalize the water via minerals are a problem.   These alkaline solutions and mineral filters will neutralize the acids in the stomach, creating later health issues.   Alkaline chemicals + acid chemicals = salts. In this case, the acid chemical is one’s body, and the salts that are created with interaction with alkaline minerals will tax the kidneys and may, over a  period of time, cause kidney stones and other stones to form elsewhere in the body. This is also why long-term use of alkaline minerals, (such as baking soda or stomach antacids or acid reflux medicines) cause severe health issues. The body is forced to use the alkaline minerals  whether it needs to or not.  This is how you destructively change body chemistry. This is not what occurs when making alkaline water with the medical grade batch alkalizer.  

Batch Alkaline water systems that generate a high negative charge do not use any chemicals to create the high negative charge or high pH. They create 100% electrically induced pH and ORP that the body can discharge.   The negative charge in the alkaline water is what really does the work in the body by allowing the cells to let in nutrients and let go the positively charged acid waste and heavy metals that have been glued to the cell walls.  Thus the body can cleanse itself.  

The alkalinity of the water is incidental and less important than the negative charge.  Because the negative charge is electrically induced rather than chemically induced, the body can use what it wants to and flush away the rest.   The long duration of processing the water in the batch system makes the water molecule +/-50% smaller. This is the primary reason why this water has close to 3 times the penetration power and is able to detoxify so well.

Since the alkalinity of the alkaline water is discharged at the mouth, the solution entering the stomach will not neutralize the stomach’s acid, as the water is no longer alkaline.

If a person with diabetes drank 1 1/4 gallons of alkaline water every day (made from a batch system), I would be willing to bet that within 30-45 days, 95% would lower their insulin requirements. Try that experiment with a flow-through unit and see how many failures you will have.

Keep in mind the working difference is negatively charged Alkaline water vs. Alkaline chemicals in water. Negative Alkaline charged water helps the body to lower the positively charged acid waste and heavy metals, so that the cells can dispose of these waste materials easily.

Alkaline chemicals will neutralize the acid waste to form SALTS.  These salts will be added waste for the kidneys to dispose of and as one ages and the kidneys lower their efficiency, the possibility of forming kidney stones goes up.

 *ORP = Oxidation Reduction Potential or the negative charge of molecules in the water.  The higher the negative charge, the more beneficial the alkaline water is in detoxifying the body’s heavy metal and positively charged acid waste.

 

Fluoride Free

Fluoride was first used to fight dental cavities in the 1940s, its effectiveness defended on two grounds:

Fluoride inhibits enzymes that breed acid-producing oral bacteria whose acid eats away tooth enamel. This observation is valid, but some scientists now believe that the harmful impact of fluoride on other useful enzymes far outweighs the beneficial effect on cavity prevention.

Fluoride ions bind with calcium ions, strengthening tooth enamel as it forms in children. Many researchers now consider this more of an assumption than fact, because of conflicting evidence from studies in India and several other countries over the past 10 to 15 years.

Nevertheless, agreement is universal that excessive fluoride intake leads to loss of calcium from the tooth, increasing cavity formation throughout life rather than remedying it, and so causing dental fluorosis. Severe, chronic and cumulative overexposure can cause the incurable crippling of skeletal fluorosis, leading to easily fractured bones.

In many parts of the world, people suffer from fluorosis – a serious bone disease due to naturally occurring fluoride in their groundwater. When you see mottling of teeth, you see the obvious indicator of fluorosis.  What you don’t see is the bones made brittle by fluoride, causing more readily fractured bones, including hip fractures, as well as leg and arm fractures.  

In many countries, fluoride is intentionally added to the water supply. Other sources of fluoride are toothpaste, juices, tea, sodas, infant formula, use of Teflon pans, cigarettes, and pesticide exposure, so the amount of fluoride people actually consume may be higher than scientists assume.  However, not all fluoride is equal.  Water is fluoridated with a chemical soup called hydrofluorosilicic acid, containing heavy metals. It is not a naturally occurring compound in Nature, but a waste product from the phosphate mining and metal plating industries.  

In my opinion, fluoridation is a political issue. First of all, when fluoride is added to the water it retards tooth eruption by one year. So when one counts for cavities and there is no tooth it counts as no cavities. This is where “fluoride prevents tooth decay” comes from. The second big issue is “What does the metal plating industry and phosphate mining industry do with their combined waste product called hydrofluorosilicic acid?” Can you believe it is illegal to dump it into the rivers but it is legal to add it to the public drinking water as fluoridation?

In America 68% of the cities add this specific type of fluoride in the drinking water, but less than 2% of the cities in Europe have fluoridation.

Baby boomers aren’t necessarily concerned about tooth decay, but we worry about bones hardening and eventually getting hip fractures. Fluoridation certainly hardens the bones, teeth and harms the immune system. Fluoride increases the risk for teeth & bone fractures. There is a big movement to resist and remove fluoride from our drinking water. As a matter of fact, Hawaii is the first state to ban fluoridation.
